In The Legend of the Blue Sea episode 5, Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho) tells the mermaid (Jun Ji-Hyun) to leave his place. However, will she really leave his house?
In the previous episode, it ended with Joon Jae driving through the police’s check point in the rainy night despite his friend’s warning not to go back to his house. However, Shim Chung is left alone in his house.
Meanwhile, Shim Chung heard the doorbell ringing. She was excited to open it as she hoped it would be Joon Jae who came home at last. However, it was Ma Dae-Young (Sung Dong-Il), the murderer, who was seen outside the house.
In The Legend of the Blue Sea episode 5, it clearly shows that Shim Chung is in danger because of Dae-Young. But with Joon Jae coming, she will be saved somehow. Perhaps Joon Jae is going to fight with Dae-Young and the latter would go away beaten. Or, Shim Chung herself will take care of beating up the murderer using her extraordinary strength.
Despite of Joon Jae’s nagging feelings about Shim Chung, he told her leave his house the next day. It was snowing and Joon Jae’s friend asked him if it was okay for him to make her leave in the cold winter night. However, at the end of the preview, she is seen running with a smile on her face, perhaps, toward Joon Jae’s house.
It will be interesting to watch what will really happen next in the next episode. Will Joon Jae change his mind and let Shim Chung live with him until he can remember her? Or, will Shim Chung tell him the details of their being together in Spain and what happened next before his memories were erased?
