The Legend of the Blue Sea Episode 19 Spoiler, Theory: Heo Chi Hyeon Arrested; Shim Chung will Leave Heo Joon Jae?

In The Legend of the Blue Sea episode 19 promo, it first showed Chi Hyeon in pain. He seemed to be inside the police interrogation room. His mother cried out, finding him lying on the floor unconscious.

Next, Shim Chung (Jun Ji Hyun) is seen rushed into the emergency room. It is clear now that she is the one that has been hit when Chi Hyeon fired the gun in episode 18. Then Ma Dae Young (Sung Dong-Il) is seen choking his psychiatrist.Perhaps, he wanted to know something, which he forgot about.

Then Shim Chung is again focused in a hospital bed. She is visited by Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho) and Jo Nam Doo. It seems that the latter would not try to sell her as a mermaid because she thought of him as a friend. In their last conversation in episode 18, she said that she did not care whether her friend would stab her in the back in the end. But until then, he was her friend. Thus, this changed his mind.

The next scene showed the past life of Ma Dae Young and Dam Ryeong having a conversation. Afterward, Joon Jae is seen wearing a doctor’s uniform, getting inside a room. He is then looking for something on the computer. Perhaps, it pertains to Chi Hyeon. If not, it is about what happened between Ma Dae Young and the psychiatrist.

As for Kang Seo Hee, she is seen facing the reporters and Joon Jae’s mother. But the latter was quite and just watched the former shouting angrily at her.

Before the promo ended, a nurse walked in and found out that Shim Chung is not in her bed. She found a letter placed on the pillow. Could it be for Joon Jae? She might have decided to leave him after all. In the worst case scenario, she is abducted by Nam Doo to be sold as a mermaid.
