Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth Episode 12 Spoiler, Theory: The Search for King Jinheung

In Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth (a.k.a. Hwarang: The Beginning) episode 12, the search for King Jinheung (Park Hyung Sik) is on. Even the Hwarang warriors wonder who is the King in their midst.

In Hwarang: The Poit Warrior Youth episode 12 promo, Han Sung (V) is heard saying “Maybe it’s either Ji Dwi or Sun Woo.” His roommates were startled upon hearing it. The others might or might not consider this. But this sure would puzzle them.

The next scene showed Sun Woo (Park Seo Joon) asking Ji Dwi who the King is among them. Then the King asked him what he would do when Sun Woo finds the King. As it is, the two had history. Sun Woo thought that it was the King who was responsible for his friend’s death. Perhaps Sun Woo would tell Ji Dwi that there is a debt to be paid.

Next scene showed Ah Ro (Go Ara) saying “I was going to be nice for your brother’s sake.” This clearly goes to Princess Sook Myung. Perhaps she discovered who shot the arrow that was meant for her but Sun Woo was the one hit to protect her. Then the princess asked her “Do you know my brother?” With this, Ah Ro might just not answer her.

Later Sun Woo is seen warning the princess. He said that he doesn’t care who she is. But if she hurts Ah Ro, she would know who he really is. The princess might even get angry because of this. Two men are already threatening her because of Ah Ro.

The Hwarang Chief (Sung Dong-Il) then subtly asked Ji Dwi why it was his name. He also added if he were to stab someone in the back. It seemed that he already knew who he is. But it is expected that he would choose to support the King no matter what. After all, the older man wants the Queen Dowager out of the throne from the very beginning.

Then the Queen Dowager is seen talking to Soo Ho (Choi Min Ho). It seems that she orders him to stir the Hwarang through Sun Woo. Since he is loyal and is in love with the Queen, he might just do as she says. On the other hand, he is a friend to Sun Woo, so it would be difficult for him to do it.

Later, the Seok brothers seem to be fighting. Maybe the older one is teaching his younger brother some lesson, especially that they are in the Hwarang House.

Sun Woo is then seen embracing Ah Ro. Perhaps there were just many things in his mind and he was also dealing with protecting Ah Ro at the same time and needed some comfort.

Afterward, Sun Woo is called in front. Perhaps it is the D-day when the Hwarang warriors have to fight to the death. Then he is seen fighting against some other warrior, although not a Hwarang one.
