Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Review: Eddie Redmayne and the Mind-Titillating Scenes

Director David Yates and J.K. Rowling did it again! Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them simply entertained the audience with their world of magic. Now, it focuses more on the fantastic beasts that Newt Scamander (portrayed by Eddie Redmayne) keeps inside his suitcase!

The mind-titillating scenes of Fantastic Beasts include the depicting of different kinds of beasts in the film based on the brilliant British novelist’s imagination, the awesome special effects used and the funny sides of the characters, especially Dan Fogler’s Jacob Kowalski.

Aside from the Academy Award winner (The Theory of Everything), Colin Farell (Total Recall, The Recruit) portrayed the antagonist Percival Graves. He showed his acting prowess of being a villain in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Meanwhile, supporting characters played by Katherine Waterston (as Porpentina “Tina” Goldstein) and Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein) have spiced up the story with Tina being an ex-Auror and Queenie as the flirtatious but sweet character.

Overall, the highlights of the movie were the magical creatures, the twist of the real Obscurus, the real person of Percival Graves, the depiction of the world inside Newt Scamander’s suitcase, Newt-Tina’s budding relationship and Jacob-Queenie’s sweet, funny moments.

Fantastic Beasts is quite alluring just like the Harry Potter franchise. Moreover, it is an exciting wizarding world all over again after Hogwarts and in a different era.
